Performance Marketing Specialist


  • Manage campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and any other marketing platform and/or tool the company is using
  • Day-to-day management of all paid media client accounts including bidding, optimization, testing, client inquiries & requests, seasonal adjustments, and roll-out of new campaigns and promotions
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget and estimating monthly costs
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Overview the performance of digital marketing activities including email marketing, audience segmentation etc



  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Information Technology
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing fields such as: Social Media (Content & Paid), Google AdWords and Web Analytics
  • Have extensive expertise in Facebook Ads in Facebook Business Manager
  • Feel confident to create Content for Social Media and Copyright for Ads
  • Be able to have a successful day to day direct contact with the customer
  • Create media & advertising plans according to clients’ requirements
  • Propose advertising strategies for e-commerce
  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
